Ken has worked across a wide range of services in the Health & Social Care field, experience gained in areas such as Supported Living services for Learning disabilities, Residential care / Emergency accommodation services, Mental Health and Forensic mental health services for challenging individuals and most recently the last 5 years in Domiciliary Care at senior management level. With proven leadership skills in setting strategic vision and implementing initiatives to achieve outcomes, profitability and market share objectives within the industry.

Ken successfully completed his NVQ L4 Registered Managers Award and attained his QCF L5 Leadership and Management of care services is also currently registered with Social Care Wales (SCW).

Committed to developing and motivating teams to achieve their objectives. Dedicated to delivering and maintaining high quality standards of care and support.

Ken has a clear passion for the delivery of training to care staff he is an experienced trainer in areas such as Dementia Care Awareness, Manual Handling “All Wales Passport “, Qualified First Aid Trainer and Accredited in the delivery of Positive Behaviour Management (P.B.M).
