Maud began her career in social care since 2011. She has over 6 years management experience in the Domiciliary care industry. She was a Payroll and Invoicing Administration Manager for 3 years from 2012 to 2015 and then progressed to registered branch manager role in 2015 to date. Maud has completed NVQ level 5 in health and social, a degree in Business Administration and a Masters in Investment and Finance. These qualifications and experiences over the years have given her the required management, customer service, organisational and leadership skills as a registered branch manager to excel in her role.

Maud believes that service users must be involved in the care that they receive and she ensures that the care team and branch staff are providing person-centred care to meet the desired outcome of our service users.
