Finchley branch

Terina began her career as a healthcare assistant in 1999, working in a local hospital on a special care baby unit before transferring to a surgical ward for over 4 years Following this she worked in Accident and Emergency for 5 years. During this time, Terina completed her NVQ Level 3 in health and social care and then progressed onto completing a D32/D33 assessor award.

Following this, she decided to expand her skills into the community and worked as a field care coordinator before progressing to a regional manager role and then completing her Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social care in 2011, enabling her to gain more skills and enhance her enjoyment of working with such a diverse community.

Terina believes in always working to a high standard and empowering people to make their own decisions and choices in their care. She strongly believes that all service users should be treated with dignity and respect and that all care plans are person centred.
