When asked why he was so motivated to come into work after finding out about his millions, Ron said:

“The people I care for rely on me, and it was really important that I didn’t let anybody down. I really enjoy my job, and though it sometimes has its challenges, I find it hugely rewarding.”

Ron plans to carry on working in the job he loves.  He will however be treating himself to further breaks in Indonesia, a regular holiday favourite of his, and he has already paid off his son’s mortgage.

Ron said, “I don’t have to worry anymore about what to do as I have money in the bank.  I can treat colleagues at work, and would also like to see if we can give the residents some sort of party leading up to Christmas.”
