If you have a life-limiting illness, we provide sensitive ongoing care and support for you, with a multidisciplinary approach to meet all your needs. We work closely with your family and friends, social workers, doctors, district nurses, other health professionals, and religious leaders, to ensure that you have enough support to retain the most dignified quality of life possible during what is a most challenging time.
Our care planning process is flexible during periods of palliative care. Plans are reviewed fortnightly as a minimum, and we can provide daily reviews where appropriate. We have a dedicated live-in care division able to set up a 24-hour care package if it’s felt this is necessary to make certain that you receive the best possible care.
