We have a team of hugely experienced people. Many of them started their careers as nurses or social care workers, which means we can draw insights and practical experience from other areas of the healthcare industry to ensure we’re always doing the best for our customers, and the people who work for us.
The picture above is our Eastleigh branch team but with over 50 branches across the South of England we can't introduce you to everyone! However, every branch is organised in broadly the same way:
Branch Managers are responsible for the running of the branch, ensuring that we deliver the best possible service to both new and existing customers.
Field Care Supervisor
When you contact us for the first time, it’s a Field Care Supervisor who will carry out the first home visit. They will assess your needs, carry out a risk assessment and put together a care plan that not only meets your needs, but reflects what you want to achieve from our care and support.
Our care coordinators work as part of the branch team, helping to interview new care workers and carry out appropriate checks. They also help schedule home visits, and match care workers with customers to ensure the best fit.
We take training very seriously. As well as having a National Training Manager, there are trainers working across all our regions to ensure our people are fully trained when they first start working for us. They also manage on-going training to keep our employees’ skills up to date.
Our care workers are responsible for carrying out home visits to our customers, providing the care and support they need.
