We’re always looking for new ways to improve our standards, whether it’s the way we train our people or by investing in new technology. Fresh thinking like this is how we invest in the quality of your future services. We also have a health review panel made up of leaders in the social care industry, who support us to develop our business and help bring new ideas to the table.

We are regulated and inspected by the Care Quality Commission. They are responsible for checking that hospitals, care homes and care services are meeting national standards. These reviews take place regularly and we take them very seriously, using their feedback and suggestions to ensure that we continue to be a leading example of best practice in social care.
